To the Nippersink SD 2 Community:

We have been informed by the MCDH that all District 2 staff will receive their second
vaccination shot on Thursday, March 11. This represents a big step forward in
protecting our staff and getting our students back into school full time. Due to the date
and times we have been given for the vaccination clinic, we have had to make an
adjustment to next week's school schedule. Please see the changes below.

THURSDAY, MARCH 11TH
Our previously scheduled early dismissal day for Friday will change to Thursday. B Day
students will attend in person or via zoom as normal. Start times will remain the same. Early
dismissal times are listed below.

RGS & SGE 11:45


FRIDAY, MARCH 12TH
Although staff vaccinations will take place on Thursday, it is common to experience mild
to severe side effects following the second vaccination shot. Therefore, Friday will be an
asynchronous learning day and there will be no in person learning.

Asynchronous learning for all A Day students.
• All work for NMS will be posted by 7:45.
• All work for RGS & SGE will be posted by 8:45.
• All school buildings will be closed.
• Attendance will be taken via email through a Google form. Students or parents should
complete this form by 1:00PM on Friday.
• NO office hours will be held.
