D2/D157 will begin the school year in remote learning. Every option and plan was developed, but at this time guidelines by ISBE/IDPH can not be met in a manner that would provide consistent in person learning. More information will be forth coming.

Today, March 31,2020, Governor JB Pritzker announced the stay in place order will extend through April 30th. This means schools will remain closed during this period of time. In addition, all scheduled school activities during this time are also canceled.

Reminder to students and parents that our e-learning will begin Monday. Please check your child's school website for more details. In addition, as we get more information from the state of Illinois regarding any extension to school closures we will update our website.

Nippersink School District 2 Schools will be closed March 16 - April 7, 2020. E- Learning will begin on March 30th. More information on e-learning to follow early next week from your child's principal.

3/20 update. All buildings have been deep cleaned and we are ready to implement e-learning days if we should need them. We are currently monitoring the situation and the rapidly changing guidelines. D2 and D157 will be sending an update to all parents this weekend.
