MENTAL HEALTH:

MCHELP: Teens can confidentially and anonymously reach out to professional crisis counselors via text messaging 24-hours a day/7 days a week and receive an immediate reply if they or a friend is struggling with: bullying; alcohol & drug use; depression; relationship conflicts; exams/finals; anxiety or if they just need to talk. The app is available for download on iTunes and Google Play. This free service is provided by The McHenry County Community Foundation, Centegra Health System and McHenry County Crisis Line.
